Win Marker Apparel In the BettyDee Trip Report Of The Month Contest For December

Last week splitboarder Kyle Miller (above) won the inaugural BettyDee Trip Report of the Month Contest–a new contest named after the late, great Liz Daley, which rewards members of our forum and Stash community who provide great stroke through tales of their adventures from around the world.

This past month, Kyle won a prize pack from Brunton for his biography-length recap of his year-long journey splitboarding around the world, from the Cascades to Jackson Hole to Iceland and New Zealand. This month, the fine folks at Marker Apparel will be giving away an outerwear kit, along with Volkl skis and Marker bindings, helmet, and goggles, to the person voted by the community to have produced the best, most entertaining, most hilarious, and most inspiring trip report for the month of December. The prizes include:

Marker Pumphouse Jacket: A jacket that's as comfortable blasting down as it is setting the skin tracks up, the Pumphouse sets ski industry standards as the first to utilize the fully taped state-of-the-art Polartec® NeoShell® fabric softshell, a three-layer dynamic membrane construction that is waterproof and hyper breathable. Built with a trim, functional fit, the Pumphouse has a helmet-compatible hood, removable powder skirt, waterproof zippers, mesh core vents and pack-compatible pockets — all the necessities that makes this jacket a hallmark of backcountry performance.

Marker Pumphouse Pant: A blanket of fresh and wide-open bowls; stop drooling and drop in with the Pumphouse Pant. Able to combat the alpine’s fluctuating conditions, the Pumphouse Pant’s fully taped three-layer Polartec® NeoShell® softshell fabric has a dynamic membrane construction. Pushing ski industry standards, this waterproof and incredibly breathable pant comes kitted with a cross leg venting system, durable 360-degree scuff guards, articulated knees and cinch strap gaiters to seal out snow.

Volkl One Skis

Marker Jester or Griffon bindings (choice depending on winners DIN setting)

Marker Clark Helmet

Marker Big Picture Goggle

How do you enter? Publish a Trip Report in the TGR Stash (select "Trip Report" when publishing a Story) or in the TGR Forums between now and December 31st, 2014. On January 1st, we'll curate the five best trip reports and start a community poll to decide the winner of the prize package.

So whether you're traveling the world or just back home looking for snow during Christmas, get involved, and be sure to follow Marker Apparel on Facebook and Instagram.
